Jennifer starts her day by mixing 16 ounces of water with colostrum, hair-growth peptides, and fresh lemon juice. She drinks this 30 to 45 minutes before her breakfast or coffee. She thinks that drinking this healthy drink first thing in the morning will help her start the day off right.
