Andie has also said that yoga keeps her in shape, but her most unusual health habit is forest bathing. “When I’m at work and I’m really tired, I hug a tree.” I don’t care what people think. As Andie has gotten older, she has moved away from the idea of “embracing” age and toward something even better: glorifying it. She told Today.com that we should always look for the beauty in ourselves, even when things change.
“The beauty of your belly, the beauty of your shape as it changes, and the beauty of your neck. Your neck is beautiful, that’s something. She said, “I think you need to find ways to celebrate how you change as you get older because it’s part of the process.”
